we can do bespoke items upon request however depending on the complexity we cannot guarantee it will be possible, we will however try our best to serve your needs for any bespoke product, please use the contact form bellow if your interested in a bespoke 3D printed product.

because we have so many machines and sell through our products quite rapidly we are able to adopt a business model which focuses on quality and mass production, meaning we can sell our products at a better quality at a cheaper price because we do not require a large markup on each of our prints.

our 3D printing tutorial sessions are a great chance for our customers to understand if 3D printing is right for them, when we started 3D printing it took weeks of watching YouTube videos to figure out which printer would be optimal and only around 70% of the required information was available online it then took many months to learn the basics of 3D printing, the rest was self- taught, our ambition with this service is to cut that down dramatically and give you the key information that you require without watching 100s of hours of YouTube videos to answer your questions and give you the required information.

yes, most of our filament brands we use, use mainly recycled plastics to make these filaments and all our products are fully recyclable!

this depends on the service you choose, if you choose tracked 48 you can expect your items to be delivered within 4/5 working days, however if you choose tracked 24 you can expect your item is as little as 3 working days.

when you order filament shipping is generally more expensive, this is because all filament comes in 1kg rolls and therefore the cost to ship it increases dramatically.
