Our 3D printing tutorials

brief introduction

We offer 1-1 3D printing support sessions with three tiers each one varies depending on the level of support needed and the ambitions of the customer in what they would like to learn. these sessions can be recorded so you can refer back to specific points or if you are buying this as a gift and wish to share the information you have learned with the receiver if you would like for our session to be recorded and the recording emailed to you please let us know either before hand or at the beginning of the call.

we always recommend that before purchasing a 3D printer you book one of our beginner courses so we can give you the information required to make an informed purchasing decision, we DO NOT recommend booking an advanced session unless you have a basic understanding of how to work a 3D printer and can do so directly from a mobile app or computer.

after booking a session you will be sent an email to which you can reply with any questions you may have (this is not compulsory but is recommended), it is essential when booking a basic or advanced tier session that you include your 3D printer model in this email, in some few cases we may cancel sessions if this information is not disclosed.

do not hesitate to email: Harley@allthings3dprinted.co.uk or use the contact us button bellow if you have any queries regarding any of this information or for advise on which session to book, in some cases we may invoice a tailored session depending on your requirement as we understand that not every customer will require a long session.

specific sessions for fixing your 3D printer

if you require a session to fix a specific issue with your 3D printer for example, how to change a nozzle, how to maintain your printer, how to repair a broken part within your printer please reach out to us by email before booking your session as this will likely be a time slot dedicated to your particular issue and will therefore be invoiced separately depending on the time needed and prior research we will need to do.

Important notices

all of our sessions are timed, in the event a session runs over this allocated time the customer will be given the option to either a terminate the session at this point or pay for additional time at the same hourly rate as the base session, this will be invoiced as an additional half session and the invoice will be generated and require payment before the session can continue, the time needed to do this will not be included, this does not include time spent with technical issues or general chatting. in the event all of your questions are satisfied before the end of the session you are entitled to end the session early but will not be refunded for the remaining time unless exceptional circumstances apply this only applies when you have no further questions and have not yet finished the session, you are of course entitled to use the rest of the session to ask any further questions.

we do not share any files to any printable models in our sessions we will give recommendations as to where to find such files but only if we do not sell these prints commercially. The aim of these sessions is to teach people how to use there own initiative to find and print these files in a way they see fit and enjoyable, it is not to share information regarding our specific products and/or business model, please keep this in mind when booking a session as we may refuse to ask answer any questions which would negatively impact our business and the products we sell, feel free to send us an email if you are curious as to wether this would impact your ability to book a session.

once you purchase a session you are welcome to email us with questions you may have both in regards to your session or with any follow up questions you may have however depending on the complexity of the questions you may be required to book a booster session which will be invoiced separately.

anyone who books a follow up session will be given a discount on a follow up session regardless of which tier you booked originally, this discount can only be applied if you email us before paying for you second session and the discount will depend on which tier was originally booked and which tier you wish to book for your second session.

please note all of our sessions are tailored around regular FDM 3D Printing we do not specialise in resin printing due to the complex and sometimes dangerous nature of resin printing.

details of each level of support are explained below. Happy printing.
